We understand the amount of behind the scenes work that is involved in running an HOA. WestWork Management ensures that your Association continually complies with all of the State and local requirements as well as your Associations' governing documents. Through our system we will track and maintain vendor documentation such as insurance certificates and W-9 forms.  Our comprehensive service also provides membership mailings and on-line newsletters. We also collect and update contact information for the owners. On our site we track and manage work order requests from initiation to completion. We even will manage clubhouse reservations to keep income coming into your Association.

Your community has specific maintenance needs and our unique background enables us to survey and  develop strategies to effectively maintain,  preserve and protect a community and its facilities.  WestWork can develop and review preventative maintenance  programs as well as investigate and troubleshoot maintenance issues including mechanical system breakdowns, water leaks and landscaping.
 

Maintenance emergencies can and do happen. Unfortunately, they rarely occur at 10 AM on a Tuesday. WestWork provides 24/7 on-call phone coverage in the event there is an emergency that threatens the property.

Finding and managing quality vendors is key to improving and maintaining the quality of life and property values in your community.  We offer assistance to the Board in determining the scope of work and project specifications to create an effective RFP (request for proposal).  WestWork can assist and advise the board on all phases of the process from RFP to project management to quality assurance when the job is complete. We have vast experience working with vendors as diverse as roofing contractors and grounds maintenance professionals to life safety and backflow prevention service companies and we would be glad to help vet and recommend vendors when appropriate. Of course we also love to work with your vendors who are familiar with your community and provide that great service that you deserve.
 

As a key part of our visible service we will attend all of the meetings and assist in planning and running both the Board meetings and the annual member meetings. We help produce agendas, ballots/proxies and meeting notices to ensure compliance with State and local requirements and governing documents.
