We offer assistance to the Board in determining the scope of work and project specifications to create an effective RFP (request for proposal). WestWork can assist and advise the board on all phases of the process from RFP to project management to quality assurance when the job is complete. We have vast experience working with vendors as diverse as roofing contractors and grounds maintenance professionals to life safety and backflow prevention service companies and we would be glad to help vet and recommend vendors when appropriate. Of course we also love to work with your vendors who are familiar with your community and provide that great service that you deserve.
As a key part of our visible service we will attend all of the meetings and assist in planning and running both the Board meetings and the annual member meetings. We help produce agendas, ballots/proxies and meeting notices to ensure compliance with State and local requirements and governing documents.
