Vendor Registration

 WestWork Management serves HOA and condo communities across the Denver metro and Front Range. We're always looking for reliable contractors and service providers to add to our vendor network — people our communities can count on. 

We work with vendors across a wide range of trades: landscaping, snow removal, general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, concrete, and more. If your work is quality and your business is properly licensed and insured, we want to hear from you. 

 Every vendor who works in a WestWork-managed community goes through our vendor compliance process before they step on a property. We use VIVE — Vendor Information Verification Experts — a third-party platform that collects and monitors vendor credentials on our behalf. 

Through VIVE, we verify that every vendor maintains current general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage at the levels our associations require. VIVE monitors those policies on an ongoing basis and alerts us if a certificate lapses or expires. This means our associations are never unknowingly exposed to an uninsured contractor working on their property. 

This protects the community. If a vendor causes damage or a worker is injured on-site, the association shouldn't be the one left holding the liability. Our vendor compliance process is how we make sure they aren't. 

 Step 1: Click the registration link below to access the VIVE portal.

Step 2: Complete your business profile and upload your current certificate of insurance and workers' compensation documentation.

Step 3: VIVE reviews and verifies your credentials. Once approved, your business is eligible to receive work orders and bid opportunities from WestWork-managed communities.

Step 4: VIVE monitors your policies going forward. You'll receive renewal reminders, so your credentials stay current and you stay active in our network.
